CIU-003 Remote Service TV Signal Analyzer

CIU-003 DVB-C and DVB-T signal analyzer is designed for measurement of TV channel parameters and transmission of measurement results to a remote PC using TCP/IP local area network. The Analyzer allows measuring signal level, V/A ratio and C/N ratio within the video channel bandwidth for the analog channels, and actual channel power level for digital channels. For DVB-C and DVB-T TV signals, the Analyzer offers the measurement of reception quality parameters: modulation error ratio MER, bit error ratio BER before and after Reed-Solomon decoder. The MPEG transport stream of DVB-C and DVB-T channels is checked for compliance to ETSI TR101290 requirements. The Analyzer is controlled by a remote PC via Ethernet interface.

    • Built-in WEB-browser for remote access to program
  • Operating monitoring systems via SNMPv1 protocol:
    • Measurement process control (start, stop, measurement interval setting)
    • Sending traps with information on channel errors
    • Traps can be sent to several SNMP-agents
    • Real-time display of measurement results
